The Fresh Made story began in 1982, when we started producing small amounts of Kefir. Kefir originated in the Caucasus Mountains of Eastern Europe nearly 2,000 years ago. Its tart and refreshing flavor is similar to drinkable yogurt, but Kefir contains many more of the friendly bacteria known as “probiotics.”

Live and active probiotic cultures, like the ones in Fresh Made Kefir, are powerhouses of health. They help to cleanse the body’s ecosystem, resulting in increased immunity, enhanced digestion and several other health benefits.
